Our rates are computed on a 2-night basis as a minimum. A 150-euro deposit (not debited) and stay tax to be paid on site.

Our rates include :

    - Access to the parking lot in the property. Entrance secured by code on keyboard opening the gate.

    - Beds are made upon your arrival

    - Household linen : 1 towel /person, 1 kitchen towel

    - Electricity, city/hot water costs

    - Free Wifi

    - The tiny house is cleaned at the end of your stay with the exception of the kitchen area where you          are kindly requested to take care of it before you leave.

Arrival : from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM maximum

Departure : 10:30 AM at the latest

Sadly, bringing your pets is not allowed. Smoking is prohibited.

Children remain under their parents' responsibility.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your own goods or injury of people on our property.

Reservations/cancellations : A 30% deposit is requested to confirm the reservation. In case of cancellation, paid amounts will be reimbursed if the request has been made at least 7 days before arrival day.

Payment possibilities : cash, wire transfer and checks.
